Canteen Bandra started with one obsession — the iconic Bombay sandwich. Layered, chutney-forward, griddled. We built a kitchen around it. Four core fillings. Three formats. A handful of shareables. The whole menu, cross-utilized, fast, made fresh every day.
The space is warm and a little retro: off-white tile, dark green paint, wood tables, brass accents — like a neighborhood canteen that's always been there.
